Child Protection at Beaufront First School
The Staff and Governors at Beaufront First School would like to state to all visitors and all parents of our children, that we take the responsibility placed on us for Child Protection very seriously.
Our responsibilities are set out in our Safeguarding Statement below and in our Child Protection Policy.
Beaufront First School Safeguarding Statement
At Beaufront First School we are strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in our care. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
All staff and volunteers are required to undertake a full DBS check, which will be reviewd as part of the update service.
The Designated Person(s) for Child Protection at Beaufront First School are Mr Neil Hanford (DSL), Mrs Gemma Boucetla (Deputy DSL) and Mr Richard Fox (Deputy DSL).
Safeguarding concerns must be reported to the DSL or to one of the Deputy DSLs, who will then record the concern and seek advice as appropriate.
